I totally feel for everyone experiencing random snow flurries where they live right now. I went to university in one of the snowiest places in the US (it’s usually in the top 3), Rochester, NY. It would start snowing in October, and we would almost always get a flurry in April. It was horrible. I think because of that I get overly enthusiastic when the weather changes – I’m a sun fiend- hence my blog name.

As a result, once the temperatures reach above 60, you can bet that I’m wearing some kind of short/skirt/dress. I brought just a few pairs of shorts to Germany with me, and I’m pretty excited I have the opportunity to wear them again. I’ve had this pair from Paige for a few years now, and they are still one of my absolute favorites. I just love how the floral print adds a fun touch to the overall look. Even though they have long since sold out, I’ve linked some fabulous current pairs of patterned denim shorts below. I’m especially obsessing over this pair from One Teaspoon. I can’t get enough!
Jeff’s team is still playing the semi-final round and play in game four of their five game series tomorrow. The last game was on Tuesday and was probably the craziest game of hockey I’ve ever seen in my life. I think just about everyone in the arena was borderline almost having a heart attack. Send the good vibes for this weekend please!
